From Energetic Performance Diagnosis tests in houses

and VET practices to NEW training and career

Active involvement

The good achievement of the aims involved in this partnership implies that:

-All participating parties in every country jointly write and set A common framework for the realization of Energy Performance Diagnosis prior to any test.

This common Performance framework should be acknowledged by our professional partners. Company's counsels, based on their professional background, will be acknowledged and highly appreciated.

-The participants from every country jointly write A common pedagogic document on energy performance diagnosis with an infrared camera, aiming to harmonize and narrow the variations. It should be adapted to every country's construction system.

Companies experience will again be of great importance.

-Programme and guidelines of training for the reinstated building casualties into future real estate technical diagnosis operators or for people interested in creating a business dealing with real estate technical diagnosis should be defined.

The programme of this training will be proposed to the Educational Authority of Toulouse educational district for certification. After a three-school-year application, a title could be applied for at the National Commission of Vocational Certification (www.cncp.gouv.fr/)

Such title would consequently be integrated in all educational and vocational training cursus. All artisans could pretend to the Valorisation of their Experience Assets. This is important regarding to work markets.

-The whole project could lead to the transfer and recognition of learning outcomes in the context of trans-national mobility the European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET).

-The same programme could be used for post-graduate education in the Centre for training of certificated in Building energy-efficiency diagnostic engineers in Technical University of Sofia in the Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy in Sliven, if it would be approved be the authorized commissions and councils of TU- Sofia and other responsible institutions.

-The intermediate report will have to be ended by May 2010.
